1. ALL name and password entries are case INSENSITIVE.
2. Your password must contain your SURNAME plus either a 3 or 4 digit number which will have been provided to you online/by your teacher/by your school.
3. All double-barrelled first names and surnames are input WITHOUT spaces, hyphens or apostrophes.
4. Passwords must also NOT CONTAIN spaces, hyphens or apostrophes.
5. Name and password entries must NOT CONTAIN any special characters.
